Old wood floors, creak with the history of lost foot steps of Earnest Hemingway and his family. Great food and souvenirs offer a unique experience that will haunt your memories till your next visit. Charlevoix and Boyne City are close with lots of other great adventures, but start here. You will be so glad you did. Love this place!

Awesome breakfast! I recommend the eggs your way, or the banana brule. Chip and Tina are great fun.
Famous land mark. One of Hemingways old Hangouts. Antique General Store stocking beer, wine & liquor and various small grocery items. Lunch counter with good sandwiches and a "Back Porch" serving "Tapas" a few nights a week and wine and beer by the glass daily
Very unique place. Old country store ambience. Food plain and simple. Fun to visit .
