We stayed in the upper unit. Jen met us upon arrival and gave us a quick tour as well as some dinner suggestions.
The outside of the house is well kept up with a really nice wrap around porch with comfortable porch furniture. Driveway parking is a nice feature. It has a key code to unlock the front door which I really like as there's no danger of losing a key or getting locked out.
Stayed here for one night during a brewery tour of northern Michigan and the U.P. We chose this location based on it's proximity to the bars and breweries of downtown Boyne City (5min Walk)
There are two large bedrooms on the main floor as well as a loft area with a pull out sofa and sitting area. I believe she told us the living room couch pulled out as well.
Will stay again!
My initial impression was that everything was brand new. Very nice newly painted walls, tile, carpet, beds, furniture, TV's, granite countertops, etc... Everything was very CLEAN which is important to my partner and me!
Warm and inviting and freshly remodeled. High end home has been made into two apartments that can be opened into one house or rented separate. Two blocks from lake charlevoix, two blocks to downtown dining. Can ride bicycles everywhere. Lovely.
The bed was very comfortable as well as the linens and pillows. My favorite part was the rooftop patio with a table/chairs and grill. We had breakfast out there the next morning and it was very nice out.
