We're staying in a cabin near Boyne City and were looking for a pizza place to get delivery on a lazy rainy day. We called, ordered the pizza, gave our address, cell phone number, and cabin number, and paid with a credit card. Estimated wait was 40 minutes. After an hour and 10 minutes were about to call when our neighbors stopped by asking if we had ordered a pizza.
Apparently, the delivery driver didn't even bother checking the cabin numbers and when they didn't get an answer at the wrong cabin, just left it on the wrong porch. We were home in our cabin within 3 ft of the open door the entire time. They never came to our door.
Ordered my pizza when we left the grocery store and was told 25 minutes. We arrived 20 minutes later, paid and waited 45 more to get food!!! Turns out the pizza was on the counter waiting and NOBODY bothered to say anything even though I was waiting in the lobby. The staff couldn't care less and the worst part was there was only 2 people there waiting... We will NOT be returning.
Good pizza and friendly delivery. Reasonably priced except I was given the wrong change and it didn't register until later in the evening. Oops! Guess we made that drivers night!

Fox news on the TV and religious music on the house speakers may discourage some from dining in.
By the time our neighbors got home and discovered it, the pizza was barely luke warm. It was still pretty good so they still get 2 stars, and I wont reverse the charges on my card, but really? Who leaves a pizza on a door step without at least calling the cell phone number?
