Some of the employees honestly forget that this is a small town. They are perfunctory to the point of rudeness. Do they not realize that the internet is coming to compete with them? If they would only be a liitle more pleasant to their customers, it would be a very good thing indeed. When the chain crashes (think Blockbuster) and the employees who are less than pleasant move on to the next service job, the investors will blame the internet. They will only be partly correct.
