Quite disappointing. Chose this firm on the basis of reviews. Called three times and left messages. Sent one background email to the indicated contact address. Three weeks later - no responses at all. Not what one would expect from a top firm. We've contacted another firm instead.
If you're in need of an attorney, Jodi Doak is who you will want to have working on your side. Not only is she a great attorney, she is wonderful woman. I really felt like she cared about my situation and I know that because she did care! A lot of attorneys are very busy and hard to even get a hold of when you're working with them. That was not Jodi, Although I'm sure she is very busy, she always had time for me or got back to me as soon as she could which was usually very fast. I never felt like a burden to her at all and never felt alone, not once. If you want a woman with a good heart on your side that actually cares as well as knowing her stuff then Jodi is absolutely the only attorney I would recommend. I could never thank her enough for what she did for me and I will never forget it either. With her work ethic and determination she would do that for you as well. Even if you just need to talk/vent to her person to person for a few minutes she is there for you. Thank you so much Jodi!
We have had several family legal matters in the last few years. I truly wish I would have found Jody the first my son got involved with the courts! She is a highly talented attorney that really cares about her clients. I can always count on her to know what to do. She is busy and still communicates with you. I really don't think you want an attorney that is not busy. She is the best.

Jodi was able to talk to the prosecuting attorney and get my charges dropped. She listened to all my concerns, long term and short term.
